Do you like knowing EXACTLY what you're signing up for? Me too. Here's a general breakdown of how your session will play out- from "hello" to "goodbye"
Checking In
Give the door a good knock or ring the bell and I'll be right with you! You'll have a chance for hellos and to use the rest room.
We'll discuss your treatment goals and make a clear plan for your session, then you'll have privacy to settle in on the table.
During the Session
Would you want the table warmer on? How about complementary essential oil? Maybe a hot towel? Do you prefer less chatting so you can fully relax? What kind of music helps you decompress?
Your treatment is tailored to YOUR preferences. If we need to switch anything up while we work, just say the word!
Checking Out
After closing out your massage, I'll leave you with fresh water and you'll have privacy to dress. We check back in with how you're feeling after your table time, discuss any recommendations for between treatments, and take care of payment. Don't forget to leave me a review and to rebook for your next treatment! I'll be waiting to hear how you're feeling next time!
